Terms & Conditions

Last updated 6 February 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

WorkSpring (the "Service") is provided by WorkSpring ("we", "us"), the operator of https://workingspring.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Payments and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to billing, payment methods, invoicing and applicable sales tax. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

3. Subscriptions, trials and renewal

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Professional functionality. After the trial, continued creation of new records requires a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. What happens when a subscription ends

We never delete your business data automatically. When a trial expires or a subscription is cancelled, your account moves through a predictable lifecycle:

  • Cancelled — your plan ends at the close of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • Read-only — you may continue to sign in, view your customers, jobs, estimates, invoices and payment history, and export everything. Creating new records, sending documents and using the AI Copilot are paused until you renew.
  • Archived after 90 days — if the account is still unpaid 90 days after it became read-only, the workspace is archived. Archived data is retained, not destroyed; renewing restores it in full.
  • Deletion — archived data is only deleted once the 24-month retention period below has passed, or within 30 days of your written deletion request.

Retention period. We retain archived workspace data for 24 months (2 years) from the date of archiving, after which it may be permanently deleted. Records we are legally required to keep — invoices, tax and payment records held by us or by Paddle as Merchant of Record — are retained for the longer period required by law regardless of account status. The retention period reflects our business policy and our legal and accounting obligations, and may change; we will update this page if it does.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, spam or deceptive communications;
  • upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems;
  • reverse engineer, resell or white-label the Service without our written permission;
  • submit personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or use AI features to generate unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content.

6. Your content and your customers' data

You retain ownership of everything you upload or create in the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to process information about your own customers.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, remains our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted other than the right to use the Service under these terms while your subscription is in good standing.

8. AI-generated output

The AI Copilot proposes drafts, schedules and documents. Output can be inaccurate. You are asked to approve actions before they are written to your records, and you remain responsible for reviewing anything you send to a customer or rely on commercially.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or where payment fails and remains unresolved after our retry and notice process. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. On termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data where you had a reasonable opportunity to export it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@workingspring.com. Billing questions can also be raised directly with Paddle as merchant of record.
